I understand that plans may change, but kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 40% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full price of the appointment. If clients cancel within 4 hours before their appointment, they will be charged full price. If clients are 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, they will be marked as no-shows, charged the full price, and may need to reschedule. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
